Nest Egg Foundation Announces Four New 2020 Grant Recipients to Receive Financial Assistance with Infertility Treatment

Special Ryder Grant Recipient Awarded to Connecticut Resident for Egg Donation

Westport, CT, January, 2021 - Nest Egg Foundation, a tax exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides an opportunity for those struggling with infertility to receive access to treatment through financial grants, has announced four new grant recipients to receive financial assistance with infertility treatment. Nest Egg grant is open to New York and Connecticut residents and can be redeemed at RMA of Connecticut and The Center for Advanced Reproductive Services. Three grant recipients are from Connecticut and one grant recipient resides in New York.

New to Nest Egg this year is a special Ryder Grant in the amount of $10,000, which has been awarded to a couple in need of an egg donation. Wesport, CT-resident Amy Overman and her husband Chris, earlier in the year, donated a $10,000 grant in the name of their son Ryder (The Ryder Grant), through the Nest Egg Foundation, after struggling with infertility for years and successfully giving birth to their son Ryder through egg donation.

“We are excited to announce our 2020 grant recipients who will each receive financial assistance to help grow their families,” said Dana Gilland, President, Nest Egg Foundation. “Because of the generous donations that have been received through Nest Egg, healthy babies and new families are possible.”

Since its inception in 2015, The Nest Egg Foundation has awarded 19 grants and has had ten babies born to families in need of financial assistance. One pregnancy is ongoing with three former grant recipients currently in treatment.
