Effective as of May 6, 2016 (Version 2)

Nest Egg Foundation, Inc. (“NEF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes seriously the privacy of those that visit our website (each, a “user” or “you”).
We have established this Website Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to communicate what information we may collect from you on our website,
and how that information may be used and safeguarded.

By accessing and/or using our website, you agree to 1) abide by the practices described in this Privacy Policy, as it may be amended from time
to time at our sole discretion, and 2) the transfer, processing, maintenance and use of your personal and sensitive information by NEF and
its officers, directors, evaluation panel, volunteers, service providers, agents, partners, affiliates, lawyers, financial auditors, and similarly
situated individuals and entities throughout the world (the “NEF Parties”) as set forth in more detail below.

As NEF continue to provide additional products and services, and as the privacy laws and regulations evolve, it may be necessary for us to revise
or update this Policy. Accordingly, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy
at any time. Your continued use of our website following reasonable notice of such modifications will be conclusively deemed acceptance of
any changes to this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you review this Privacy Policy from time to time, as you return to our website, to ensure
that you are familiar with the most recent version of our Privacy Policy.

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?

When a user visits our website, we may collect information about the visit that does not identify the user personally (“Non-Personally Identifiable
Information” or “Non-PII”). For example, we may collect information such as referral data (e.g., the address of the last URL a user
visited prior to clicking through to our website), the user’s IP address, the user's browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Google Chrome,
Safari, etc.) and the user’s operating system (e.g., Windows 7, Windows 8, Mac, Linux, etc.). We also may collect specific information
regarding the user's session on our website. This includes items such as the date and time of the visit and the pages viewed by the user.

Sometimes we also may ask a user to voluntarily provide personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to, the user’s name, e-mail
address, postal address, telephone number, and date of birth (“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”). NEF also may ask a user to voluntarily
provide personally identifiable financial and/or health-related information, including, but not limited to, wage/salary information, household
income, medical testing results and laboratory findings. Your PII and personally identifiable financial and/or health-related information is
collectively referred to as “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy.

We generally request Personal Information when a user requests one of the following:

  • To apply for a financial grant for fertility treatment from NEF;
  • To make a donation to NEF either directly or via a third party processing vendor;
  • To sign up for our mailing list;
  • To correspond with us; and/or
  • in other situations and in connection with other activities that we deem appropriate or necessary.

HOW IS THE INFORMATION USED?

Non- PII is collected to allow us to analyze how our website is used, improve the content and products and services our website provides, and improve
the overall quality of a user’s experience on our website. To these ends, NEF may merge information about you into aggregated group data and
other databases. In some cases, we may remove personal identifiers from Personal Information and maintain it in aggregate form that may later
be combined with other information to generate anonymous, aggregated statistical information.

Personal Information is collected for the purposes described above.

NEF owns the Non-PII and Personal Information collected on our website. It will not sell, trade, or rent this information to others for their own
purposes. However, the NEF Parties may use the information for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy and to continue contact with a
user. This may include, but is not limited to, contacts such as telephone calls, e-mail correspondence, or mail correspondence with a user
to 1) follow-up on a prior contact by such user; 2) provide information about NEF, its programs and products and services; 3) provide notice
regarding important changes to our website or this Privacy Policy; and 4) complete or follow up on any grant application submitted by such
user or a grant that we may have awarded to such user.

NEF also may share your Personal Information with the NEF Parties in connection with credit card transactions, electronic fund transfers, payments
by check or money order and online financial transactions. NEF hires third parties to provide credit card, bank, payment and information processing
services. If you choose to make a donation to NEF online, by phone, through the mail or by other means we will share your applicable Personal
Information with our processing service providers. We make an effort to require all third party service-providers to hold such Personal Information
in strict confidence. While we believe these other companies will treat your Personal Information responsibly, we do not own or control them
and cannot guarantee your privacy.

NEF also reserves the right to disclose your Personal Information, without notice and in our sole discretion, in connection with any audit that
we may conduct, our response to any legal and/or regulatory requirements or inquiry, our enforcement of our policies (including this Privacy
Policy), and/or in connection with our response to any complaints or safety or security concerns that may come to our attention. NEF may also
share your Personal Information with: 1) members of NEF’s corporate family and any successors or assigns; 2) other companies or organizations
that work with, or on behalf of NEF to provide products and services; 3) law enforcement or other governmental officials, in response to a
verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity; and/or 4) other business entities, in connection with the
sale, assignment, merger or other transfer of NEF and/or our business to such business entity.

NEF will only disclose Personal Information in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

ARE "COOKIES" USED ON THE WEBSITE?

"Cookies" are pieces of information that a website transfers to a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. Cookies can make a website more
useful by storing information about your preferences. The use of cookies is an industry standard, and many major websites use them to provide
useful features for their customers. Cookies in and of themselves do not personally identify users, although they do identify a user's computer.

NEF uses cookies to improve your online experience when visiting our website. Most web browsers are initially set to accept cookies. If you prefer,
you can set your browser to refuse cookies. However, you may not be able to take full advantage of the functionality of our site if you do
so. Also, remember that disabling cookies is browser-specific, so you must disable cookies in each browser that you may use to access our website
to ensure that the cookies used on our website are refused each time you visit our website. By using our website and not disabling cookies,
you consent to allowing our use of cookies for the described purposes.

DO-NOT-TRACK SIGNALS AND SIMILAR MECHANISMS

Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” signals to our website, although web browsers incorporate and activate this functionality in different
ways, and it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted. There currently is disagreement, including among
participants in the leading Internet standards-setting organization, concerning what, if anything, websites should do when they receive such
signals. NEF currently does not take action in response to these signals, but, if and when a standard is established and accepted, we may reassess
how to respond to these signals.

HOW IS PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION SAFEGUARDED?

NEF utilizes commercially reasonable methods and mechanisms such as layered security in our systems, locking devices and passwords to protect collected
Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Access to such Personal Information is
limited to the NEF Parties on a need-to-know basis as determined by NEF. Also, all online transactions conducted on our website are done on
a secure server. This means that information entered on certain transactional pages of our website is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
before transmission. On such secure pages of our website, the website address in the address bar at the top of the browser screen starts with
an "https" instead of an "http." Notwithstanding the above, although NEF has endeavored to create a secure and reliable website for users,
the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to or from our website cannot be guaranteed.

LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES

Our website contains references and links to third-party websites (including social media sites) that may offer information of interest. This Privacy
Policy does not apply to these third-party sites. Anytime you leave NEF’s website, we have no control regarding what information may be collected
about you, nor do we control what third-parties might do with such information. Each third-party website should have its own privacy statement
outlining the information and security practices of such website. It is important that you review the privacy policies posted on such third-party
sites carefully BEFORE you use these sites. Also, we note that NEF does not control and is not responsible for the content of these third-party
sites. You use these third-party sites at your own risk.

of that data from all systems.

HOW TO OPT OUT, UPDATE DATA, AND REQUEST ADDITIONAL INFORMATION?

If you would like to 1) opt out of receiving correspondence from NEF and “unsubscribe” or be removed from our e-mail directory; 2) review and request
